How We Work
Every engagement follows a structured process designed to reduce risk, eliminate ambiguity, & move product development forward with confidence. We don’t start building until we understand what success looks like and we don’t leave a phase until the deliverable proves it.
-
We define the problem before we design anything. That means understanding your market, manufacturing environment, & end user before a single sketch is drawn. The output is a set of production requirements that drive every downstream decision.
-
Concepts are explored through sketching and visualization. This phase moves fast and produces options - not a single answer. Every direction is traceable back to your requirements.
-
Approved concepts are built into production intent 3D models in SolidWorks. Design for manufacturing (DFM) principles drive every decision - wall thicknesses, draft angles, tolerances, & assembly sequence are addressed from the start.
-
Physical prototypes validate form, fit & function. We use in-house fabrication and a trusted local manufacturing network to build and test before tooling commitments are made.
-
We support the transition to manufacturing through BOM documentation, engineering reviews, and partner coordination. We stay engaged until your product is in production, not just until the CAD files are delivered.
